An artist – illustrator career spanning 52 years of steady creativity. Countless periodicals in various native languages , published from India as well as from other countries , have tapped into Chans to add value to their pages, thematically and creatively .Chans has been part of numerous art exhibitions in India as well as in the United Arab Emirates and Canada.
Chandrasekharan fondly known in art circles and among friends as Chans was born in 1949 at Calicut in Kerala. He is a contributing artist to various periodicals and publishing houses in Kerala for decades. He currently works for Samakalika Malayalam weekly owned by the prestigious Indian Express group of publications .
